Daniel D. Nelson, CEO
As CEO of Nelson Financial Group, Danny’s primary responsibilities include overseeing new business development and the financial integrity of the organization. He derives great personal satisfaction in bringing out the best in people and has mentored many associates in their business and personal development. Danny attended Pace University in New York as well as Arizona State University. He began working in the financial services industry in 1986 and through the years has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in the financial marketplace. In 1997 he formed Nelson Financial Group Inc., with the intent of focusing on the corporate market. He utilizes his acumen in the employee benefits area to help companies provide the best benefit plans possible while reducing the costs to offer them. Danny is currently a member of the Top of the Table and has been a Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table in Arizona from 1992 to the present. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and has a designation from the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellowship. On a personal level, Danny spends free time with his wife Jodi and their two children, McKenzie and Ryan. He also enjoys traveling, playing basketball and golf, and reading a good book. |
