Dan serves as a Financial Adviser with Eagle Strategies, a Registered Investment Adviser for Nelson Financial Group, and focuses the majority of his time working with clients on financial planning, asset management, and estate planning.

Before joining Nelson Financial Group in 2002, and moving his family to Arizona in 1999, Dan served as Vice President for seven years in a large, independent investment advisory and financial services firm in Minnesota.  Prior to that, Dan received his B.A. in History from Bethel College, and has also received FINRA registrations in series 7, 66, 63, and 24.

In his free time, Dan loves to spend time camping and traveling with his wife Gretchen and their five children, Jordan, Grant, Audrey, Ruth and Jack.  He is also an avid reader and an admittedly poor golfer.
