As an Associate with Nelson Financial Group, Neal's primary responsibilities include focusing on securing corporate group accounts and facilitating new business development.  Neal has extensive experience and expertise in the insurance industry.

After attending Mesa Community College and Arizona State University, Neal started his insurance career with New York Life in February 1987.  Neil has since started and owned his own financial and insurance planning firm, Trinity Financial in Gilbert, Arizona, where he worked from 1991 - 2005.

When he is not working, Neal loves to spend time with his wife Kelly and their children, Seth, Nathanael and Peyton.  In addition to coaching, Neal also enjoys riding dirt bikes and four wheelers, working out and hiking.
